Local Home Brewed Beer Mark and Ted brew most of the beer served at the party. They are working their way up to starting the Chattanooga Brewing Company but it’s all still homebrew for now. The Oktoberfest is the featured beer and it is made following the best German traditions. Brewed in March, it is lagered all summer long, to be in fine form for the party. Another party favorite, Ted’s Lager is a classic American Style Pilsner Lager. Our friend and mentor, Bill, Brewizard Emeritus (Not Shown) makes a special Russian Imperial Stout, not for those with a fear of alcohol. It weighs in at about 12 % and carries the well deserved brand Chernobyl Stout. The rest of the lineup is still being worked out and more information is available on the Beer Styles page.
